Here we introduce our personnel system.
ISU Group has a fair and objective evaluation and promotion system and goal management-based performance reward system for recruitment of competent talent and constant education/training.

Performance-centric Personnel System

Performance (achievement) evaluation and competence evaluation are conducted annually to assess business performance capabilities and achievements based on specific goals and are reflected to rewards of individuals.

Evaluation System

Our evaluation system consists of competence evaluation and performance evaluation.
We are trying to provide fair rewards based on evaluation to improve competence and motivate for achievement and increased business efficiency.
  • Performance evaluation: Assesses the level of performance and achievement of yearly organizational goals and personal goals
  • Competence evaluation: Assesses the competence of employees based on the behavior indicators by level
Goals are established every January, interim performance examination is conducted in July, andthe evaluation is conducted once in December.
The evaluation consists of self-evaluation, 1st evaluation and 2nd evaluation. The 1st evaluation is conducted by team leader, while the 2nd evaluation is conducted by department leader.

Promotion System

Promotion refers to promoting an employee to a higher rank when the employee reaches a certain level of competence and qualification, and is determined through final deliberation by personnel committee.
  • Regular promotion : Employees who acquire the set promotion points required by position among those who have worked beyond the standard period of service /li>
  • Selective promotion : Employees who have great achievement
  • Special promotion : Employees who have specifically outstanding achievement or contribution to the company

Reward System

  • Basic pay

    Base of salary. Increased differentially according to the result of personnel evaluation each year

  • Allowance

    Applied differently depending on position, duty and fieldwork

  • Merit pay

    Profit sharing according to the result of business each year
    (Differentially applied according to achievement by department)

  • Regular pay rise in every January and salary rise according to the result of performance evaluation

Recruitment System

  • Recruitment of new employees by ISU Group: New employees are hired through an open recruitment in the first/second half of year.
  • Recruitment of experienced employees by ISU System: Experienced employees are hired by job quarterly in accordance with the annual recruitment plan and occasionally depending on the condition of business.
  • RDF (Referral to Developer Friends)
    Reward is provided to those who make a referral to talented people in the IT technology category for recruitment.
  • In-house recruitment: Employees may transfer to other jobs through the in-house recruitment system when there is a job vacancy.

ISU System pursues self-driven learning culture.
ISU System is settling self-driven learning culture to strengthen key capabilities and develop human resources, the key to corporate competitiveness, thereby cultivating key individuals and experts who create new value and knowledge in the global and digital era.
